[Trac] Help with TracMercurial migration

I've migrated a Trac + Mercurial install from one server to another by copying my project directory and installing the same version of Trac, Mercurial and the TracMercurial plugin. Everything seems to work fine except when I try to view the Revision log I get the error below.

We're running Trac 0.12.1 on Windows 2008 and for some reason when we view a changeset it doesn't always let us do a diff. But sometimes it does. If I go to the Revision Log, I can see there are multiple versions of that file checked in. Are there any known issues or bugs related to diff'ing
