I have juste installed trac with easy_install BEFORE installing Babel.
In http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracInstall one reads " If you install Babel later
on, you will need to re-install Trac", but how ? easy_install Trac just says that it
is already installed.

We are running Trac 0.12.1 and lately I have come across a permissions problem:
Users with permission TICKET_MODIFY can no longer change the owner or a ticket,
in fact even TICKET_ADMIN does not help, we get the following error:

I have a number of trac envs that cannot be public at all, I cannot allow
anonymous access to them.
In trac 0.11 I used AuthRequiredPlugin
(http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/AuthRequiredPlugin) to rederect all anonymous users
to the form based login system.

Trac is a web based interface, it is the browser that contains the
spell-checker, not trac. So it depends on how your browser is set up.
