We designed this plugin to work with trac 0.11. For example the
templates are all genshi. I don't think that it will work for trac
0.10.4 but you can give it a try.

It is. If you want to include multiple subversion repositories you'll
need to use a repository type of direct-svnfs with a fsfs repository
type. This is due to how trac caches repositories with the normal
svn type.

* do you have svnlook and svnnotify installed?
* if you use the email notification on commit, do you have the trac
