in your trac.ini, and that you *do not* have default_handler =

if you have both pagetopdf and htmldoc installed, then you need to
add the following to your conf/trac.ini:
[components]
pagetopdf.* = enabled
and then optionally
[pagetopdf]
size = A4
charset = iso-8859-1
or any other options you want to pass to htmldoc.
