I am using trac .10 w/ email to trac.  I'm having difficulties w/ the
ticket_update field.  I set the option to 1, however, I am getting
duplicate entries, forming new ticket #s each time someone replies to
the ticket.  Somehow email2trac is not recognizing the email as
followups but instead new tickets.  Please advise.
This is what I have in the conf file:
