I am trying to migrate an existing Trac database from sourceforge to
a personal one. I used the backup utility from sf.net to backup the
table. It generates an SQL file. I tried then importing that SQL base
using sqlite3. But it fails with (*).

You best best is probably to import into MySQL, and then export into
CSV or some other more standard data format, and then make a script to
massage that CSV into something sqlite can import.
