The issue I have is that we need to run it on the customer's network, and they're very skittish when you're using something that's not backed by a real company. So I think the JumpBox solution above may solve my problem. Not that I know of, however there are many companies that provide hosted Trac. Considering the cost, I have received very incredible support from my hosting company. They take care of simple fixes to plug-ins and provide custom coding if you are interested in paying for fixes or feature enhancements.
