I have installed the older version of TracAdvancedTicketWorkflow, so the configuration errors are gone. I'd start by deleting all the timingandestimationplugin lines in [components] and replacing with: timingandestimationplugin.* = enabled Or through the admin page where you can disable/enable components. If that doesn't work, then I'd disable TimingAndEstimation timingandestimationplugin.* = disabled and from there will need to see the log file to investigate further.
