Go to bugs.python.org and enter 4194 (or any number) into the tracker's Show
Issue field, then click on Show Issue. You get an error page saying
broken form: multiple @action values submitted
Tested on Chromium 20.0.1132.47 Ubuntu 12.10 (144678)
