Anish thanks! I had to tweak the patch a bit (just tests), since you forgot to
include pushevent5.txt, but I've created it manually :)

I think the patch is fine, but if we are going to update the stage when a PR is
added through the webhooks, perhaps we should do it also when it's added
manually.

was playing with the payloads or if something else triggered the duplication.
