Just in case this didn't go through properly, I'm reposting my question.
Now, I can't believe the problem I'm having here is somehow impossible,
there has to be a simple way to re-encode VCD files!
I have an old VHS-originated vcd video file, which seems to have incorrect
field interlacing, ie. mo
