[translate-pootle] FOSDEM roll call

Translate.org.za won't be at FOSDEM, but I was curious if anyone on our
lists was going?

If you are going it might be good to have a meet and share to discuss
Pootle and the other tools we're developing here.  Plus pimp them in
your other slots ;)

As far as I know, Nicolas François will be there and should give a
talk about l10n in Debian, in the Debian room.

I won't be there (I never went to FOSDEM because of inconvenient time
of the year for me).
