The updated packages are in focal-proposed. To install them properly, do
the following:
* Open Software & Updates, select the "Developer Options" tab, and
enable "Pre-released updates".
* Run these commands:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install language-pack-uk

@Maksym: It may seem a bit confusing. Actually it belongs to both
language-pack-uk-base and language-pack-uk. But the latter is the one
which includes the most recent version of xkeyboard-config.mo, and it
will brutally overwrite the old version.

language-pack-gnome-uk, and should I check if everything works?
So far, I ve received an update to the language-pack-uk-base package, but
I have built and uploaded new Ukrainian language-pack refreshes to
focal-proposed:
