[Translators-packages] [Bug 2063138] [NEW] upgrade from mantic to noble disables gr lanaguage

Public bug reported: Hello, upgrading from mantic to noble development I noticed that on top of the panel the language selection was missing. As a result I could not switch languages between english and hellenic (greek). Under settings->keyboard->input sources both languages were present though.
