Re: [Trisquel-devel] [Testing] Abrowser 140

Was it moved to the main repository already? Yeah, after I had the jitsi meet issue, I did spend some time testing regular use cases, and checking some details on the release, and nothing seemed that was an anti-feature so far. If for whatever reason there is plenty of feedback we can hold it longer for review, otherwise waiting one week for some report sounds about right before moving on. Remember that Abrowser is under the rapid release, which mean a release almost monthly, we might need to come up with some routines to review effectively and efficiently for changes that might come up and be an issue to the community at large. Was it moved to the main repository already? By the way, after the installation was complete, I changed the language in the MATE settings, did not click on "Apply system wide" (not sure what it would do) and rebooted, then the language was apparently applied properly, no more mix of English and of the selected language as observed previously. The only thing is that the default folders (like Music, Download, etc) whose name is translated when using the main installer, remains in English. This might still be disturbing for some users, but now looks like a minor disturbance. ___ Trisquel-devel mailing list [email protected] https://listas.trisquel.info/mailman/listinfo/trisquel-devel

On a closer look, this was a Jitsi Meet update issue, not an Abrowser issue, sorry for the noise. You are very well invited to continue testing v140 and report. Regards. -- Luis A.
