I had the same problem. I had to not use the setup wizard to get around it. The ossguy who runs it seemed to know about that issue, but I don't know if there is any plan to fix it. I must say, this is really cool.

I had trouble trying to set up Linphone for JMP (it wasn't accepting the tilde in the SIP username), so I gave up and used Ekiga instead. Works like a charm.

Thank you Magic Banana for suggestion. I don't think that using an old kernel is a very wise idea, although I've tried it. However as you would expect it gave me bunch of errors and did not mount the /home directory properly. The boot process dropped me into a terminal (recovery mode). I

I have similar faulty icons with some GNOME applications, but not with Abrowser. I think it's usually related to the default custom theme coming with Trisquel MATE desktop installation. You may try another theme in System > Preferences > Look and Feel > Appearance > "Theme" tab.
