Hi again, I had a similar issue a while back. The thing that helped me was
installing the latest linux-libre kernel from jxself repository.

You can try upgrading/downgrading the kernel. Also, Trisquel 7 wasn't
officialy released yet and might still have some issues. Have you tried
suspend in Trisquel 6?
