A large number of governments around the world including the USA, UK, Canada,
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Austria, Portugal, Norway, Japan, Finland,
and Sweden have begun crackdowns (thanks to large media corporations like
Fox, Time Warner, Virgin Media etc.) on Torrent tracker
We'll see for sure if it's a tipping point or not in due time. It really
depends on content providers, physical media is becoming less common.
Personally I think the tipping point will only come once physical media is
considered rare. The more people that stop buying physical media the
Youtube, but its a shame, youtube has blocked in china, you need vpn to
unblock it.

This Card is a great value, have it running 3 monitor (L-1290x1080,
C-1260x1440 and R-1024x768). Monitor are not spanned just extended desktop.
Very quiet, easy install, add monitors one-at-a-time during configuration and
reboot for each monitor.
Try to change your vpn connection or reboot the existing one. IPVanish is
very reliable vpn connection for me.
