I'm looking for a printer that will work 100% with libre software. From
h-node the Brother HL-2130 looks good, but having spoken to local Brother
dealer is no longer made. He offered HLL2300 as an updated option. Does
anyone have any experience with using that model with

Currently use Brother HL2270DW, don't use their drivers, just use the
following under CUPS: Generic ~PCL Laser
Works great!
HP printers tend to be the easiest to setup most of them are automagic,
however, I think Brother is a little more fair with their ink/toner, HP is
becoming very DRM
