'sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' didn't work. I already mentioned that in an
earlier post.
If the module fails to compile you may need a -generic kernel with headers.
How can I do that? Which package do I have to install?

Sounds like the kernel module didn't compile. Try installing virtualbox-dkms
pacakge. Additionally running sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup in a terminal
should work too. If the module fails to compile you may need a -generic
kernel with headers; and if all else fails you might want to try
