(less wattage means less draw on battery)
I ask this because on my libreboot laptop, it drains more battery life than
my kororapenguin (which has less wattage...)
I have great battery life, almost 4 hours on my librebooted x200.
awesome where did you get that 9 cell from and how much would it cost to buy
one?
I only get half that amount.
Well, Libreboot works only on computers than are inherently rather less
efficient in terms of minutes/Wh (i.e. they have shorter battery life without
Libreboot anyway)
The only comparison that makes any sense is the same hardware running
*whatever proprietary BIOS it came with
*Libreboot
on my x200 i wondered alos, if there are modules i can disable which aren't
needed... any thoughts?
is it safe to use powertop with laptoptoolsmode?
hmm my battery life increased a bit when i added powertop.
@jxself 4 hours in the 9-cell? That's pretty short...
Anyway, does undervolting help anyone with the X200's battery life?
To be fair, though, mine is a brand new big 9-cell battery from Lenovo.
