You should install libgtk2.0-dev, not libgtk3-dev.
Finally I've downloaded deb from

And gdebi says all dependencies are satisfied:

Can/should I trust on that external ppa?
When trying to install libgtk-3-dev refer.

Probably the normal compile routine will do it as I don't see any
instructions in the tarball.
So,
*download the tarball
*extract it somewhere
*open a terminal window into the directory where you just extracted that
tarball
* ./configure
* make
* sudo make install
