Is the BIOS time OK? There is a battery on the mother board: it can die. Do you use "Network Time" in "Date & Time" (in the "System Settings")?

You only need to keep the latest kernel and, for safety, a previous that works well for sure (because you have used it for weeks, with all your hardware). Other versions can be removed from the package manager.
