When Trisquel was installed to my SSD encryption wasn't chosen. Can Trisquel be encrypted now or can it only be done on installation ?

All Bitmessage messages are encrypted. Bitmessage was designed with privacy and anonymity in mind.

Well, you can use gnupg for Windows, and gnupg. Else you can recommend him/her BitMessage, I *think* it encrypts automatically the message while sending them, however, I'm pretty sure they can be intercepted, so best is : gnupg and BitMessage. Also, if you didn't yet check out prism-break.o
