How can I make it scroll normally over bookmarks/RSS without the list disappearing ? Has anybody had this issue ?

I was having a scrolling issue with Trisquel on Thinkpad X60 32 bit. Now that a Thinkpad X200 64 bit is being used the scroll problem has followed me. It's not as bad but is still happening when I scroll using the USB mouse wheel. Holding the cursor over the bookmarks/RSS list and scrolling q
