For anyone wanting to see additional planet textures in Celestia, the new
texture pack is now available here:

It uses textures from the stellarium-data package, with no modifications to
the image files.

OK, to everyone else, question still stands.
IIRC NASA data is released to the public domain. Can anyone link these libre
texture sources or files that could serve as a base to create a texture pack?
