Well, with NoScript you can forbid all scripts, then temporarily enable it, or always allow for certain sites. I think it is a better system than LibreJS because it blocks all arbitrary code execution and you can have a whitelist of sites. But definitely use TBB as much as possible.

I agree to certain extent, yet we need JavaScript for some functionality of programs. Not defending, Java has been around for a long time. Yet we have be careful with it. There is other methods to help modified the capture of Metadata.
