Well, searching a little with your package manager easily gives you the
involved package: xserver-xorg-video-nouveau
I believe you want to remove it.
I tried to uninstall nouveau files with Synaptic but it claims EVERYTHING on
the system will be removed if I do that. Why does the entire system rely on
this one driver?
