I've been using KDE on Trisquel for the last 8 months and i can say its quite
stable. But IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE DEFAULT DESKTOP EDITION. Though i like
KDE very much, i say that because it raises the minimum hardware
requirements, and is a lot more flashy than gnome. Also it doesnt have a
oh... sorry, I fixed my problem. The issue with mine is that during the
resolution it pulled the hostname of the server. When I replaced the hostname
with the IP it worked. I think it was trying to resolve the hostname to IP
and it wasn't getting an IP.

I would agree. If you think of it like a free software program. The ONLY
time using a non-free program is acceptable really is when using it
specifically to design a free replacement for said program.
Thus using facebook would only be acceptable when designing or convincing
others to use
