In theory you should be able to simply extract the archive and run the .exe
file using Wine :)
The source is included in the .iso.
The engine source is in darkplacesblablabla.zip.
The gamecode source is in /data/zz9blablabla.pk3
(qcsrc etc). So you allready have it :)
