The GIMP and Inkscape are famous but great.
Besides them I really like the various viewers of OpenStreetMap, like Marble,
openstreetmap-client, emerillon and the editors for the same, like
merkaartor.

GitLab got a C and GNU Savannah got an A as well. They gave Savannah an A
probably because its their product even though its inferior to the majority
of Git services (GitHub or local GitLab) out there.

I love "Back in Time", I guess its somewhat famous, but I think its way
better than the stock Backup app and easier to use than command-line backup

I've ended up placing app icons on the very bottom of my screen (one on

them... when I right-click I get Launch and Properties, with no option
to delete/remove...
Any thoughts? Thanks.

Well, it is free software (AGPLv3+), hence hackable.
Really looking forward to using Taler. I think they said 2016. Does anybody

So far, there are instances provided by La Quadrature du Net, Searx.me,

So far, Searx is accepted in the Free Software Directory:

Yes the lsmod.txt was generated by the live system running from the CD.

That doesn't sound good. Did you format the drive? What file system did you
put on it?
This file: lsmod.txt is it from the hard drive install, or the LiveCD? My
guess is that it is from the LiveCD, since you can't run commands so easily
when you are in the hard drive installation. When you use the LiveCD and
mount the hard drive, navigate the hard drive and find the file

I’m a new users of Trisquel, and I’d like to give it a thorough tryout — I do

The loop mounts virtual filesystems that 'grub-install' requires.
If you have already tried a 4.x kernel, I am afraid trying yet another
version will not solve the issue. :-S

I'm not a Snap packaging expert. Do you mean, for instance, getting the

There is no debate.
