I understand. Is just that in my work's computer with ubuntu 15.10 I was able to use the password manager. I was hoping it had something to do with the version. But now I think is a bug of ubuntu 15.10 instead.

I think you can set privileges to the wifi connection in Network Manager, just like Magic B. said. The guest won't even see the other router.
