YAY - I found a solution from a tutorial!
1) Enter "about:config" into the URL bar.
2) If you get a warning message about "This might void your warranty!"
continue on.
3) Now, type "autoplay" into the search box.
4) This will bring up a preference named "media.autoplay.enabled."

Every webpage on the internet that has a video or audio file will begin
playing giving me a headache before I can mute the tab(s) - Even my website
does this so this is not about annoying ads.
The only other similar experience of this problem was when in "Firefox"

It crashed a couple of times on me already, I think it happens when I try to
jump back & forward in the video.
I may switch to VLC...
I've migrated recently, but it wasn't on a fresh install. It went pretty
well, except for this one hiccup...
If any of you have a Wacom digitizer/device, the xf86-input-wacom driver will
cause extremely long boot times!
It could be related to this bug :
After migrating to Parabola, I also recommend migrate from systemd to openrc.
But only do this afret Arch/Parabola fresh install.
