1. last time successfully upgraded on 25 July 2017
2. yes, I have installed packages for pip installation
3. I prefer to use aptitude to update and upgrade because my purpose is only
for updating system
4. yes, I have seen on /var/lib/apt/lists here are:
oki@system:~$ ls -l /var/lib/apt/lists
I think the easiest way to fix this would be to use the GUI to switch to
another mirror (and then back if you so wish).
When was the last time you successfully upgraded?
Did you installed anything since then?
Did you try apt-get instead of aptitude??
Did you do something to /var/lib/apt/lists?
