Thank you. I recognize some of the links stated in the answers. The quality of espeak and festival voices I have installed or tested, is not high enough. I am impressed of the quality of windows voice anna. On the internet there was, and maybe still is, some windows sapi5 voices. Fx

I have asked about this on other forums. And did not get an acceptable reply. Maybe you know a piece of software? I know this forum is about free software. To me it does not have to be. Is there a text to speech voice that in quality equals windows text to speech voice anna?
