Update: it worked for me without issues. I'm running linux-libre 5.7.4 right  
now, latest version.

I'm planning to install the latest linux-libre version too because of some  
nouveau issues related to the kernel.
I hope all goes right, even though i know i can go back to the stable 4.15  
release which is the latest distro provided kernel.

Which kernel version are you using? Can you please share some logs? What is  
the make and model of your graphics card?

Hey, just installed Trisquel 9 and wondered if i can update/use the Libre  
Kernel or if i should wait till Trisquel 9 is officialy out? And if i can use  
it can someone point out how so?
