1) you can backup directly from postgresql
2) the super-user password for database management is in the server
configuration file.
3) if your server is not managed at all, you shouldn't poor any new data in it.

I'm having an issue backing up my database that is Tryton 3.8 GNU Health.
The IT operator of the database seems to have forgotten the password. The
