This is because email on party.party is a Function field so you need to
write a searcher function first for this field before you can search on
it...

Anybody can tech me how to make user access. If I Admin I just to see a
Party only. Not see the product or another menu.

am sorry i mean i want to hide file menu from all user except the
admin...if you notice on the file menu there's database connect and
disconnect i don't want ordinary user to be able to do anything that has to
do with database.
