Did you get help with your partitioning?  If you are content to
just re-install Windows (or Linux or whatever you want on your
computer) you could just wipe everything and do that.  All
operating systems can re-partition when they install.

Another option under Windows which doesn't require repartitioning
would be to format your Linux partition under Windows.  You would
effectively have a C: and a D:.  It can be a little less
convenient than one big storage space, but a lot of people
actually choose to do that kind of thing.
