并不是漏证书的问题 tuna并没有部署过gerrit 把gerrit指向tuna的做法很清奇

这个问题应该已经解决了。大部分情况下，两台服务器上的文件应该是一致的。

你这重复发两遍我都不知道回哪边了。。。
看起来你的 working directory 被你修改了，所以同步失败，repo diff 应该能看到你修改的内容。
如果你想覆盖你的修改内容可以直接 `repo sync --force-sync .repo/manifests`，这个在你的错误信息里也提到了。

你删除的时候是否删除了 .repo 目录？如果没有删除的话这个目录就不是“干净”的。
在没有删除 .repo 的情况下删除其他目录自然会出问题。如果你不打算删除 .repo 重新下载的话就不应该删除其他文件。
