This appears to have also fixed the old connection refused problem some of us have been getting (http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/ws-tuscany-dev/200708.mbox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ). Never got to the bottom of that and its made one of my old machines pretty much unusable for building Tuscany
