I personally have some comments on your two concerns. 2-1. Should XMLHelper load schema? If so, which scope to register? I propose XMLHelper should load designated schema. XMLHelper (Tuscany implementation) is associated with a scope (TypeHelper) already. XMLHelper can register the loaded schem
