To some of us? Terry still sounds like a teenager? Especially with her rising
inflections? Even when she's not asking a question?
Poor Dave Davies. He seems to do half the interviews, is a far better
interviewer than Terry (in my opinion, anyway), and still rates only
contributor status.

As previously noted by folks who read this list more often than I've gotten
a chance to, Fox TV Stations replaced the evening news on WWOR with
something called Chasing Jersey or some such.
Around that time, they also replaced their old site with something at

PBS stations are re-running Ken Burns' The National Parks all week at 9. Check
those local listings.

And W. Kamau Bell's Totally Biased starts a M-Th schedule on FXX starting

It seems to me that Marty Moss-Coane of Radio Times (which is technically
only local Philly, but is on one of Sirius XM's NPR channels) is still
considered Gross' successor, but if Davies is doing more of them, he might
be the successor.

It's also repeating in the afternoon, making it, I believe, the first TV-MA
FX/FXX original to have an airing before 10 p.m. I assume they'll make it
TV-14 by bleeping out s--t and the other curse words that are not bleeped
after 10 (f--k and I believe c--t are bleeped already on FX/FXX
... is there any chance that tonight's Late Late Show is *not* a pre-record?

Tonight's show is a re-run for the holiday, not for the TW dispute. The
show didn't go dark during the outage, as Dave so eloquently pointed out
during several monologues and desk rants.
So, to answer the question, I'd say no, there's no chance you get a new show
tonight.

Why don't they at least show a re-run from the black out period, so it will
be new to them?

Craig was performing six shows in Denver this weekend, likely working out new

Thanks to Frost's American version of TW3, I was introduced to the

Got it.
BTW I recently discovered that despite the heavy advertising (featuring Ms.
Kaling or Mr. Cheadle), the new X1 DVR is available only to those Comcast
customers who bundle. Since I don't have Comcast phone service, I don't
qualify.
From: tvornottv@googlegroups.com
I only have TV and internet, and I was able to get the X1 DVR. There's no
requirement for a triple play that I'm aware of.
And Mark - I'd LOVE to try the voice search, but my X1 box doesn't appear
in either the Xfinity Remote or the dedicated X1 Remote apps. Comcast is,
