Though my question applies to any international streamer airing
terrestrially in the US, I'll use this as an example:
The CW is currently airing "Bump," which streams on Australia's Stan
service. 
 
I understand that the CW needs to edit the program to fit commercials in to
a 30-minute block. But is there some sort of agreement restricting the CW
from streaming the unedited version on their website? (Fwiw, "Bump" is not
listed on HBOMax.)
