It is more that if they spend the billions on NBCU then those billions cannot flow back to the investors. The investors are, of course, only interested in return on their investment in comcast. I would bet that it's stock went down when comcast went after Disney awhile back. On Fri, Oct 2, 2009

Any word about perennial rumored suitor Time-Warner (whom was last rumored to be wishing to sell the Time half so to raise money for other entertainment groups)? Who else would be likely buyers for NBCUni? It's gotta be a rather big and expensive company to buy outright. I could see a few folks
