cameo in the new version. IIRC, that ship sailed for Are You Being Served
when Nicholas “Mr. Rumbold” Smith passed away late last year.

Celebrating the 60th anniversary of the televised Britcom, the BBC will be
airing new versions of classic shows - Keeping Up Appearances, Up Pompeii!,
et al.
First off is "Are You Being Served," restaffing Grace Bros. with all-stars
right down to Mrs Slocombe and her, um, cat.
