I could (but don’t) fork out the extra dough to get the Sports tier on 
Suddenlink (ACC=405). And no doubt my country relations on the ridge could chip 
in for the extra package on Dish or Direct. But the future is streaming, which 
is where the Big 12 Network can be found. That poses a problem in WV, as the 
state ranks low for reliable broadband coverage.
 
 
We’ll see how it plays out; our athletic director is a former associate 
commissioner in the ACC, and the university has been promoting its academic 
bona fides in the social mediasphere. (Those twenty-some Rhodes Scholars just 
don’t appear overnight....)
