FWIW, during the online test era I've taken the test six times, (2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016) and have had three auditions so far (2008, 2010, 2014).  I'm reasonably sure I scored over 40 each time but once (2012), and we'll see if the October test will bump my audition success rate to
