There was a vote. The WGA is back at work.

How long will we wait for the actors?

Good news for several reasons.I will be interested to see what the numbers
are on Hulu; this is definitely the kind of show that would threaten
records on Netflix.

Re: [TV orNotTV] Here’s Why Bruce Willis’ ‘Moonlighting’ Isn’t Streaming Anywhere

2023-09-26 Thread Kevin M.
There’s a deep-dive reference to Moonlighting in the first episode of
Stephen Bochco’s “Murder One”. During Moonlighting, several vague
references were made to the Enselmo case, and in the closing credits of the
finale they claimed the case was never solved and remains a mystery. On
Murder One, they reference that the Enselmo case had finally gone to trial.
I’m guessing Charles Eglee (who produced both shows) had something to do
with it.

All this is to say I am a huge fan of Moonlighting, I have entire scenes of
the series committed to memory (including the infamous “Dr Seuss” mole on
his nose scene), and meeting Cybill Shepherd was one of only two times I
was star-struck when I worked in Hollywood.

HD remasters sound good. Here's hoping that this lands on Disney+ in the UK

2023-09-26 Thread Greg Schienke

Thanks again,

Greg

Only last year, William Russell appeared in the final Jodie Whitaker
episode of Doctor Who, a full 57 years after his previous appearance.
