Copied-and-pasted from thewrap.com, with commentary:

Monday
8:00-9:00 p.m. ”Gotham” (new)
The much hyped-"Batman" prequel.
9:00-10:00 “Sleepy Hollow”

Tuesday
8:00-9:00 “Utopia” (new)
The Dutch-originated reality comp hybrid of "Survivor" and "Big Brother"
that has been a subject of division within Fox execs looks like it's a go
(unless CBS, Mark Burnett and Endemol sue)--it's also airing on Friday
nights, in a rare example of a reality series launching in the fall. The
question is--will it become the newest sensation and reverse the ratings
misfortunes of "New Girl" and "Mindy" (the latter in particular seems to be
on its last chance)?
9:00-9:30 “New Girl”
9:30-10:00 “The Mindy Project”

Wednesday
8:00-9:00 “Hell's Kitchen”
9:00-10:00 “Red Band Society” (new)
DreamWorks' adaptation of a Spanish series about the patients and staff of
a hospital pediatric wing, with Octavia Spencer as a doctor and lots of
hot/cute young sick people. But is Chef Ramsay and his latest group of
incompetents (in their first appearance on a fall schedule) the proper
lead-in?

Thursday
8:00-9:00 “Bones”
9:00-10:00 “Gracepoint” (new)
The much-hyped remake of "Broadchurch," with David Tennant reprising his
role from the original series and Anna Gunn.

And it's probably "Bones"' last season.

Friday
8:00-9:00 “MasterChef Junior”
9:00-10:00 “Utopia” (new)

The first all-reality night on a fall schedule that's more than one show
that I've seen in a long time.

Saturday
7:00-10:30 “Fox Sports Saturday” (football, baseball, NASCAR, UFC)

Sunday
7:00-7:30 NFL Game ("The OT")
7:30-8:00 “Bob's Burgers”
8:00-8:30 “The Simpsons”
8:30-9:00 “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”
9:00-9:30 “Family Guy”
9:30-10:00 “Mulaney” (new)
The stand-up gets his own multi-cam sitcom, with Martin Short and Elliot
Gould (and Lorne Michaels producing).

RIP, Animation Domination (although one could say that "Cosmos" already
killed it), with "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" moving to Sunday nights. And "Bob's
Burgers" stands to get frequently pre-empted during NFL season.

"Idol," "The Following" and "Glee" are back mid-season, along with:

BACKSTROM--Based on Swedish books and from the creator of "Bones," Rainn
Wilson plays a quirky detective (is there any other kind?).

BORDERTOWN--Seth MacFarlane does "King of the Hill."

EMPIRE--Not "Lee Daniels' 'Empire'?" The hip-hop family drama from the
"Butler" director and Lil Opie's partner Brian Grazer, with Terence Howard
and Taraji P. Henson.

HIEROGLYPH--Because America wants to watch a drama about ancient Egypt
starring Ahmad and Phylicia Rasahd's kid.

THE LAST MAN ON EARTH--As personified by Will Forte in a one-camera sitcom
from the creators of "The Lego Movie."

WAYWARD PINES--M. Night Shamalamadingdong comes to television. Thirteen
surprise endings?

WEIRD LONERS--One-camera wacky character sitcom, with Becki Newton of "Ugly
Betty" the only partly recognizable name in the cast.

And besides the 2015 live telecast of "Grease," Fox is turning over New
Year's Eve to rapper Pitbull, who'll go mano a mano against Seacrest and
Dick Clark's remains from 8 to 10 and then from 11 to 12:30 after local
news. And on Sept. 8, Fox will cover live a group of idiots attempting to
do what Evel Knievel could not do: Jump the Snake River Canyon in Idaho,
on the 40th anniversary of Knievel's attempt. Howcum the Discovery Channel
turned this down?
